Machining

Turner's Cube

This was my first CNC project, completed on a Haas TM-1P. The code was written manually by hand. I also made a 1-inch version with five layers and tighter tolerances, but I was unable to save the photos or G-code for that one. It included a ‘candlestick’ post inside.

Bottle Opener

This was a limited production run for an officer appreciation gift. I operated two Haas TM-1P machines, managing both front and back operations, and ensured they ran smoothly throughout the production process.

Cutting Board

This was a limited production run for an officer appreciation gift. I operated two Haas TM-1P machines, handling the front-side operations on both, while keeping the machines running efficiently.

Little Demon V8 Engine Block

This was a more advanced project: the Little Demon V8 engine block. It required a combination of machining skills to complete. No photos are available, so only a diagram is provided.

Godspell Theatre Production

Produced a custom double-sided commemorative coin for the Godspell Theatre Production as a token for senior staff. Operated and managed two Haas TM-1P machines, including part loading. Diagnosed and resolved a workholding issue to ensure successful production.

RV-1

First machining project completed entirely on manual mills and lathes. Designed and implemented custom modifications, including a 3D-printed flywheel propeller I created in SolidWorks to generate air movement. Project incorporated both mechanical and pneumatic systems.

Designs

Desk Cubby Organizer

FDM with PLA+

Desk organizer designed with a drawer for small items (paper clips, binder clips, staples), quick-access holders, a notepad spot, and space for reference books. The design was split into two sections for proper printing size.

3D Print Tool Kit Station

FDM with PLA+

It securely holds 3D printing tools while providing easy access to every tool it was designed to accommodate. The 3D Toolkit Station also includes an expandable option on the bottom (not currently in use) for additional drawers or other storage options.

Chair Support

FDM with ASA

This was a solution for an outdoor chair that tended to sink into the dirt. It features a cylindrical feature to hold the chair legs, along with a wide base to distribute the weight over large area.

Center Console

FDM with ASA

Center Console Module designed to securely hold a phone for easy access and visibility while driving. Designed & built in two separate pieces to allow easy interchangeability for different phone models.

Expandable Washcloth Holder

FDM with ASA

This is a washcloth holder with multiple expandable levels. It hooks over the shower door and extends downward. To work around print size limitations, press-fit dowels are used in the middle to create longer poles that support the clothes.

Remote & Pen Holder

As part of my vocational training, I designed a practical solution for storing a remote and pens on a standing desk without drawers, demonstrating creativity and functional problem-solving.

Resume Website

HTML/CSS/JavaScript

This site was built using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, building on my earlier experience with HTML4/CSS3 while leveraging AI and other resources to create a polished, modern web solution. No CMS or WYSIWYG editors were used.
